Funky Rasta is a 1987 UK 12" on Cooltempo, the dance imprint of Chrysalis Records. Produced by Ronnie Butler and Tyrone Downie -- the latter a keyboardist for Bob Marley and the Wailers -- it blends reggae rhythm with funk grooves across three versions: the '87 Mix, a dub version, and the original jam.
