The O'Jays released this single on Bell Records in 1968, produced by George Kerr and arranged by Richard Tee -- years before the group signed to Philadelphia International. Both sides showcase the vocal interplay that defined their appeal: "Look Over Your Shoulder" leads with an uptempo soul groove, while "I'm So Glad I Found You" pulls back into ballad territory.
