The Pioneers were a Jamaican vocal trio whose work defined the rocksteady-to-reggae transition of the late 1960s and early 70s. This 12" on their own Pioneer International imprint (PI 001) was produced by Sidney Crooks. The B-side covers "Everybody Plays The Fool", the 1972 soul hit by The Main Ingredient.
