The Sweet Inspirations were a New York vocal group whose members included Cissy Houston and Merry Clayton. This US original 45 on Atlantic pairs "Sweets For My Sweet" -- a cover of the 1961 Drifters hit -- with the B-side "Get A Little Order". The group were regulars at Atlantic's Muscle Shoals and New York sessions, backing Aretha Franklin and Elvis Presley before recording under their own name.
