Philadelphia vocal group The Tymes released "People" as a UK single on Direction in 1969, produced by Jimmy Wisner. The A-side covers Barbra Streisand's signature song from the 1968 film *Funny Girl*, while the B-side covers the theme from *For Love Of Ivy*. A neat snapshot of the group's MOR soul style at its most cinematic.
