Picture This is the third studio album by Washington DC soul duo The Valentine Brothers -- John and Billy Valentine -- released in 1987 on EMI America. The brothers had previously charted in the UK with "Money's Too Tight (To Mention)" before Simply Red covered it. This UK pressing on AML 3123 collects ten tracks of mid-80s funk and soul, including "Cutbacks" and "Funk Attack."
