From the Maxi Jazz Collection. Grubby sleeve. Toxic's Body And Soul (Never Let You Go) -- UK dance 12" with a strong vocal hook. Functional club tool from the mid-90s.

Early UK hardcore EP on D-Zone from 1991, with four tracks built around chopped breakbeats and sampled vocals. The title track and its remixes loop a recognisable soul vocal hook over hard-driven drums. "Mega-Splurge" strips things back to a rougher, more skeletal rhythm edit. Produced and written entirely by Toxic, engineered at The Whitehouse. Original UK pressing on D-Zone DANCE 019.
