Love Injection is a 1980 UK 12" single by Philadelphia funk and disco act Trussel, released on Elektra. The A-side features the Steve Bruno Cyber Mix of the title track, a club-focused rework built around the record's driving bass groove. "Love Injection" became a dancefloor staple and has been widely sampled in hip-hop. "Gone For The Weekend" was recorded at Veritable Sound and Earmark Studios.
