The Twinkle Brothers were a Jamaican-British roots reggae group led by Norman Grant, active from the early 1970s. Equality & Justice was released in 1994 on the group's own Twinkle Music imprint, continuing their self-released output through the decade. Produced by Norman and Ralston Grant, the album carries their characteristic heavy roots style across nine original cuts including the title track and Blood On Their Hands.
