Rasta Ambassador is a 1977 studio album by U-Roy, the Jamaican toaster widely credited with establishing the DJ-as-vocalist tradition in reggae. Released on Virgin's Front Line imprint, this is a 1991 remastered reissue manufactured in Austria. Backed by Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare, the set includes a cover of Blondie's "The Tide Is High" and Bob Marley's "Small Axe."
