Product Review:
From a superb single owner collection. Visual grading.

U-Roy -- born Ewart Beckford -- is widely credited as the originator of the toasting style that shaped reggae and later hip-hop. True Born African, released 1991 on Mad Professor's Ariwa label, pairs his veteran DJ style with the producer's signature digital roots sound. Recorded at Ariwa's South London studio, it's one of several U-Roy albums from this era cut with Mad Professor.

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
