Blood & Fire was a Manchester-based reissue label founded by Steve Barker and Emile Clark, specialising in roots reggae and dub from the 1970s and 80s. This 1999 sampler -- catalogue number BAFCD025 -- draws from across their catalogue, featuring cuts from artists including the Morwells and Vin Gordon. Fourteen tracks spanning roots, dub, and dancehall, with two extended discomixes closing the set.
