US Original on Arhoolie. Super copy! With insert.
Compiled and produced by Chris Strachwitz, this 1960 Arhoolie LP (F 1005) was one of the label's earliest releases -- an original US pressing with hand-etched runouts. A field recording compilation capturing Texas blues artists, the set includes Mance Lipscomb alongside other regional performers. "Forty-Four Blues" and "Rooster Blues" represent the raw country blues tradition Strachwitz sought to document through Arhoolie.

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
