Bunny Lee production sessions from 1972--75, mixed and shaped at King Tubby's legendary Waterhouse studio in Kingston. This 2004 Kingston Sounds compilation (KSCD002) pulls fourteen vocal cuts from the downtown reggae scene before dub became the dominant format -- roots rhythm tracks with a rotating cast of singers over Lee's signature riddims. Straight archive material from one of the most productive studio partnerships in Jamaican music.
