Prelude Records was a New York disco and electronic label active from the late 1970s into the 1980s, home to artists including D Train, Bobby Thurston, and Hi Gloss. This 1983 UK CBS-licensed compilation pulls key cuts from 1979--1981, including D Train's "You're The One For Me", Hi Gloss's "You'll Never Know", and LAX's "All My Love" -- issued as part of a two-record set with Volume Two.
