Recorded across Louisiana in 1969--70 and released on Arhoolie in 1972, this LP captures Roosevelt Holts and fellow blues musicians in Bogalusa, Clifton, and New Orleans. Produced by Chris Strachwitz and David Evans, it features Holts leading on country blues guitar and vocals across ten tracks, including "Barrelhouse Blues" and "Maggie Campbell Blues". An original US pressing with etched runouts.
