Wally Jump Jr & The Criminal Element was a studio project led by producer Arthur Baker, used as a vehicle for his work in New York electro-funk and early house. This 1987 UK Breakout pressing samples Janet Jackson's "When I Think Of You" over a rework of Archie Bell and Gamble & Huff's "Tighten Up," blending breakbeats with garage house production. Three mixes across the A and B sides.
