Goin' Out Of My Head is a 1966 album by guitarist Wes Montgomery, recorded at Van Gelder Studio in December 1965 with arrangements and conducting by Oliver Nelson, produced by Creed Taylor. This is the original UK mono pressing on Verve (VLP 9126). Montgomery covers standards including "Chim Chim Cheree" and "It Was A Very Good Year" alongside originals, with Nelson's orchestral charts framing his signature octave-chord playing.
