Zapp III is the third album by Roger Troutman's Dayton funk outfit Zapp, released in 1983 on Warner Bros. (1-23875). Produced by Roger Troutman and co-produced with Billy Beck, it was recorded at Troutman Sound Labs in Dayton, Ohio. "I Can Make You Dance" reached the R&B top ten. String arrangements are credited to both Beck and Roger Troutman alongside the trademark talk box vocals.
