Conscious Party is the debut album by Ziggy Marley And The Melody Makers, released 1988 on Virgin Records. Produced by Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth of Talking Heads, recorded at Sigma Sound Studios in New York. The singles Tumblin' Down and Tomorrow People both charted internationally. This is a US pressing, plated at Allied and pressed at Speciality, as indicated by the runout etchings.
