Product Review:
Great copy! Writing on rear sleeve (small).

Duke Ellington's In A Magenta Haze is a 1965 UK compilation on Allegro Records drawing from Ellington's late 1940s recordings. It includes "Diminuendo In Blue," later stretched into the famous 1956 Newport Jazz Festival performance, and "Happy Go Lucky Local," a two-part train-themed instrumental. A budget-label UK pressing from the black and gold label era of Allegro.

What's in the box?

  • Your tunes

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
