Evil Nine's "Crooked" is a 2004 breaks 12" on Marine Parade, the Brighton-based electronic label. Produced by Pat Pardy and Tom Beaufoy, the duo built their sound around heavy breakbeat construction and live instrumentation. The A-side runs hard and percussive; the B-side hands it to the Bassbin Twins for a remix. Original UK pressing on MAPA029.
