Omar Chandler's self-titled debut appeared on MCA in 1991, produced and written almost entirely by Chandler himself. A Philadelphia-rooted singer and multi-instrumentalist, he built his reputation as a sought-after session vocalist before this solo release. "I'd Rather Be With You" and "You Changed Me For The Better" showcase his falsetto-led style. Executive produced by Wendy Credle.
