Produced by Homer Banks and Chuck Brooks -- both veterans of Stax's Memphis songwriting stable -- the set marks a shift toward polished mid-80s soul and disco. "This Used To Be Your House" and "Leave The Bridges Standing" are the standout cuts, showcasing Brown's commanding vocal delivery across strong arrangements.
