The Modern Jazz Quartet recorded the score for the 1959 noir film Odds Against Tomorrow, arranged and composed by pianist John Lewis. This Swedish London Records EP pressing features two cuts from that session -- "Skating In Central Park" and "A Cold Wind Is Blowing" -- both showcasing the quartet's understated cool jazz approach applied to screen drama.
