The Tamlins were a Jamaican harmony trio whose 1980 single "Baltimore" -- a roots reggae reading of the Nina Simone song -- became one of the most celebrated cuts on Robbie Shakespeare and Sly Dunbar's Taxi label. This UK 12" pressing on Taxi (12RIC 110) pairs it with "Laying Beside You" on the flip.
