Product Review:
From the Maxi Jazz Collection. Writing on label (MJ)

Debut album from Brooklyn duo Mos Def and Talib Kweli, released August 1998 on Rawkus Records. Produced largely by Hi-Tek, the record features Dave Chappelle on "Hater Players" and Common on "Respiration." This is an original US pressing on Rawkus (RWK 1158-1). "Children's Story" flips the Slick Rick original; "Thieves in the Night" interpolates Della Reese's "Drigtin Blues."

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
