Cameosis is the third studio album by Cameo, released in 1980 on Chocolate City Records (a Casablanca imprint). Recorded at H&L Studios in New Jersey and mastered at Sterling Sound, it features Larry Blackmon handling horn and vocal arrangements. "Shake Your Pants" became a dancefloor staple, while "We're Goin' Out Tonight" shows the group's tighter funk direction heading into the 1980s.
