1983 US 12" single on Columbia pairing extended dance mixes of two cuts from Lynn's album *Preppie*. "Encore" runs over eight minutes in its dance version; "Free" stretches to seven-plus on the flip. Larkin Arnold executive-produced the LP. Both sides are built around Lynn's powerful vocal delivery over tight funk and electronic soul production.
