Roots is Curtis Mayfield's second solo album, released in 1971 on his own Curtom label and distributed by Buddah Records. Recorded at RCA Studios in Chicago with arrangements by Johnny Pate and Riley Hampton, it features Keep On Keeping On and We Got To Have Peace. This is an original US pressing (CRS 8009) with the fold-out calendar cover intact.
