Ten Per Cent by Double Exposure was released on Salsoul Records in 1976, written by Allan Felder and T.G. Conway and produced by Baker-Harris-Young. This is the first commercially released US 12" single, mixed by Walter Gibbons in one of his earliest label credits. The limited edition pressing predates the Norman Harris arranged-by credit found on later issues.
