This 1991 limited promo 12" pulls three tracks from the On-U catalogue, including the dubbed-out title cut and the meditative "Precinct Of Sound." Pressed in France via Direct Metal Mastering. Tracks later compiled on On-U's Classic Selection Volume 2.
