ECM Records CD. Eberhard Weber's majestic later ECM work orchestral, patient and extraordinarily beautiful. One of his finest recorded statements.

Eberhard Weber's 2007 live recording, captured at Theaterhaus Stuttgart in March 2005 and released on ECM 1920. The German bassist performs with a chamber ensemble, drawing on compositions spanning his career including "Yesterdays" and "Seven Movements." Produced in collaboration with Südwestrundfunk, it documents Weber leading his group through extended pieces, the 11-minute closing title track being the centrepiece.
