Edwin Birdsong's 1981 Salsoul promo 12" pulls two cuts from his *Funtaztik* LP (SA 8550) -- the title track and "Win Tonight". Birdsong produced and arranged both sides himself, blending synthesiser-heavy boogie with electro funk at a point when that crossover was still taking shape. A US promo pressing on Salsoul, marked not for sale.
