Fat Larry's Band were a Philadelphia funk and disco outfit led by drummer Larry James. "Boogie Town" was released in 1979 on Fantasy Records, co-written and produced by James under the Wmot Productions banner. This UK 12" pressing runs both tracks at over seven minutes -- "Boogie Town" on the A-side and the synthesizer-driven "Space Lady" on the flip.
