Force MD's debut single, released in 1984 on Island Records under licence from Tommy Boy. The Staten Island group bridged street-level electro and smooth R&B vocal harmonies at a point when the two styles rarely crossed. This UK pressing pairs "Forgive Me Girl" with "Itchin' For A Scratch" on the B-side. The group went on to score a major US hit with "Tender Love" in 1985.
