Here To Stay captures Freddie Hubbard in a 1962 Blue Note session at Van Gelder Studio, Englewood Cliffs, with Alfred Lion producing. Recorded the same year as Open Sesame and Hub Cap, it features Hubbard's hard bop quintet across six tracks including a reading of Body And Soul. This 2006 EU remastered CD reissue, produced by Michael Cuscuna, marks the first standalone CD release of material originally issued on the 1976 double-LP BNLA 496-2.
