Rock The Blues Tonight is a live double CD from John Mayall, drawn from 1970--71 Canadian concert recordings. Released in 1999 on Indigo Delux, it captures Mayall in the period following his Blues Breakers work, leading a rotating cast through extended blues workouts. Several tracks run well past ten minutes, including "Possessive Emotions" at nearly sixteen and twenty minutes across the two discs.
