Leroy Sibbles, founding member of The Heptones and one of reggae's most distinctive vocalists, released this single in 1983 on Orange Records out of Jamaica. The A-side "Rock And Come On" sits in the early dancehall era as Sibbles bridged his Studio One roots into the new decade. The B-side delivers the instrumental version for selectors.
