Michael Rose, former lead vocalist of Black Uhuru, released Proud in 1990 on RCA -- a dancehall-meets-house crossover that reflects the sound of that era's reggae-pop output. The set opens with a cover of Paul Simon's "Mother & Child Reunion" and runs through eleven tracks including "Buzz You" and the title cut. This is the European pressing, made in Germany for BMG Records (UK).
