Modernique is the debut album by Modern-nique, released in 1987 on Sire Records. Produced and arranged by Gordon Worthy and Larry Wedgeworth for Woo/Worthy Productions, the record sits in the mid-80s dance-soul territory -- synth-driven arrangements over funk and disco grooves.
