Product Review:
Superb NM/EX condition. From a beautifully preserved collection on the Matchbox label.

Peetie Wheatstraw was a St. Louis blues singer and pianist whose sardonic persona and boogie-influenced piano style made him one of the most recorded blues artists of the 1930s. This 1969 Saydisc Matchbox compilation collects sixteen tracks from his 1930--36 Vocalion sessions, including "King Of Spades" and "Sleepless Nights Blues." A solid UK reissue for anyone tracing pre-war blues piano.

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
