The Dells released "Oh, What A Night" as a UK Chess single (CRS.8102) in 1969, arranged by Charles Stepney. This UK pressing runs both sides in mono, unlike the stereo US release. The A-side is a doo-wop-rooted soul cut the group first recorded in 1956; this version features a full orchestral arrangement from Stepney, whose work with the Dells defined their late-60s sound.
