Minor Move is a hard bop album by tenor saxophonist Tina Brooks, recorded at Van Gelder Studio, Hackensack in March 1958 and produced by Alfred Lion. Originally issued in Japan on King Records in 1980, this 2000 European Blue Note CD reissue -- remastered, with Michael Cuscuna as reissue producer -- adds an alternate take of the title track as a bonus. Standards "The Way You Look Tonight" and "Star Eyes" feature alongside Brooks originals.
