Product Review:
Superb! From a lovely collection of Jazz 45s. Creasing to open edge

Part four of Alan Lomax's 1947 field recordings at Mississippi State Penitentiary, Parchman, issued on Pye Nixa's NJE series in 1957. The EP collects four a cappella worksongs -- Road Song, Jumpin' Judy, Levee Camp Holler, and Prettiest Train -- produced by Denis Preston. Primary source material for researchers and collectors of pre-electric American blues and folk tradition.

What's in the box?

  • Your tunes

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
